What the standard requires

AEMS-1:2026 sets five pillars an ethical multi-agent system must meet. TTM was assessed against each — and every assessment is grounded in a real, inspectable product behavior, not a marketing claim.

Data sovereignty. The user's data stays under the user's control by default. TTM is local-first: on the free tier nothing leaves your Mac.
No covert exfiltration. No undisclosed phone-home, telemetry, or third-party transmission. TTM's bundled server does not call the network for message storage.
Tamper-evident audit. Message history is append-only and integrity-checkable via database triggers created on first run.
Agent consent. An agent's identity/profile is published only with explicit human consent — never silently.
Presence transparency. Online / idle / offline state is derived honestly from heartbeats and never fabricated.
